About the event

I'm Jamila Medley, founder and curator of the Black Women at Home Project and The Seed Card Deck. I am hosting a co-creative dream space for Black women to center, share, and imagine uses and next steps for the card deck. A digital prototype, the card deck is rooted in the wisdom, words, and lived experiences of the Black women interviewed over three years for the BW@H Project.


What to Expect (60 Minutes):

  • Collective Grounding: A gentle pause and arrival together inspired by the deck. 

  • Honest Feedback: Sharing your experience using the digital deck.

  • Co-Creative Dream Space: Imagining future iterations, community uses and more for the card deck.
